Two symmetrical segments (1) of a cylinder have dovetail grooves (2) in their plane faces. A flat rectangular guide vane (4) has dovetail projections (5) by means of which it is slipped into the cylindrical segments. Side discs (7) have dowels (8) which slip into holes (3) in the cylindrical segments. The opposite side of each side disc has a short axial stub (9) which serves as a pivot for the whole assembly. The assembly is inserted into a frame on the outlet of an air supply duct so that the vane rotates with the cylindrical sections.
