Road safety system for vehicles - uses digital display of speed and min. gap for following vehicles with regulation from tachometer signals

The vehicle speed is displayed in digital form at intervals of 10 kilometers per hour. For example a vehicle travelling at 60 kilometers per hours would continue to display that speed until the actual speed reached 70 kilometers per hour. The corresponding minmum safety gap permissable for a following vehicle may also be displayed. The display is preferably arranged to the rear of the vehicle and the digital display may be electronically regulated by signals derived from a tachometer.
