Combined windscreen washer and wiper lever - has cams and hooked slide performing various functions

A combined windscreen washer and wiper system is designed for use in a motor vehicle. It comprises a slide(5) which can carry a hook (21), and this hook is driven by a lever. The slide brings about the displacements of a cylinder (25). The lever and cylinder carry cams. These cams are used to drive the plate contacts (37, 39). The plate contacts are all electrically connected to the different terminals of the windscreen wipers and washer system.
