<p>The conditioning installation for sterilised products, particularly milk. Consists of a sterilised reservoir which is a flask (B) in which the level can be varied by a floating sensor which is activated by the arrival of the product. The flask is preceded by a sterile tank (C) which receives all or part of the product provided by the steriliser (A), the pipework system allowing the flask to be fed from the steriliser, but of the flow is excessive directing it into the sterile tank. The pipework is also provided with valves (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) which allow the isolation of the steriliser or the sterile tank for the passage of cleaning and sterilising fluids for cleansing the conditioner.</p> |
