The closure for tubes remains on the tube and is therefore especially suitable for ointments and skin creams. The tube opening is fitted with a piston and covered by a cap which prevents any dirt entering the tube, and drying up of the tube contents. The closure is opened or closed by slight rotation and is easily dismantled for cleaning and reassembly.
