<p>The orthopaedic aid is for sexological use by a male patient to counteract partial deficiencies of the membrum virile. It is made from pure flexible natural rubber in the form of a sleeve. The sleeve is slit longitudinally on one side only in order to facilitate positioning and permit one sleeve to accommodate a range of thicknesses of the membrum virile. The top end is open to fit under the male glans. The base of the sleeve has a flange with slots (a, b, c, d). These are for a retaining strap and the sleeve is also held by a ring around the base.</p> |
