<p>The station guides a central chain fitted with scraper bars between one conveyor trough and a second one, the troughs being in a common plane but at right angles to each other at the station. Freely-rotating guide wheels are mounted one above the other, the chain and bars being supported by them. The wheels (6) protrude past the centre of the chain with bars (8, 9) fitting underneath and supporting them. Openings (26) extending radially are formed in the uppermost wheel (6), in which radial levers (7) are accommodated at variable height. At the guidance point these levers extend from the openings into the path of the chain, and support its central part.</p> |
