<p>The leaved window shutter consists of a number of separate leaves (5) which are mounted at each side in guide rails (3). The leaves can be moved vertically and all stored, when not in use, under a pelmet (4) placed above the shutter or all disposed equally along the length of the guide rails where they can be rotated to any angle as desired between fully open and fully closed. The shutter is intended to insulate the building from loss of heat through the window and also from any noise outside.</p> |
