The device has a bar (1) which extends transverse to the phase conductors (4, 12), and which has in its centre a hook (3) to hang over the centre phase conductor (4), and a threaded spindle (2) to clamp the phase conductor (4) between the hook (3) and the spindle end (5). On a threaded bush (6), which sits on the threaded spindle (2), a balance beam (7) is coupled, an angle lever (8, 18) is coupled to each of its ends (one only shown), and they are positioned beneath the bar (1). A tie rod (19), which is coupled to the end of the angle lever (8, 18), is flexibly connected at its end to a clamping rail (20), which runs parallel to the bar (2), and is connected to it by pegs (21 to 26), like a flexible parallelogram. The bar (1) and clamping rail (20) extend through a recess in a contact fixed point (14), which is screwed firmly to the phase conductor (12), and are pressed against the inner side of the recess by the increase of the distance between them, when the threaded bush (6) is moved downward by screwing motion, and the tie rod (19) is thereby moved towards the threaded spindle. <IMAGE> |
