A device for testing >=2 conduits below the surface of a stretch of water comprises a flange to which the ends of the conduits are attached, and a testing flange assembly. This is locked onto the conduit flange and has passages connecting to the ends of the conduits so that fluid can circulate between them. Makes it possible to test the conduits to storage, for blockages and/or leaks immediately before the two flanges are bolted together to connect the well head conduits to those going to storage.
