Pendulum hammer for impact bending and tension tests - has scale of angular increments and of angles on common support

The hammer has an angle scale and a pointer for setting certain angles of the pendulum, and a device measuring the differences of the pendulum deflections. The device measuring the difference in height of pendulum deflections consists of a scale ring (11) rotating coaxially with the pendulum. Its markings (12) correspond to angle increments and are read by a stationary reading device with a reading head before which moves the scale (11). A common support (9) is provided for the scale ring (11) and the angle markings (14), connected to the pendulum or to its shaft. Angle markings (14) on the support (9) lie on a concentric ring (13) with the step markings (12), but of a different radius. A pointer is stationary w.r.t. the marking ring support.
