PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article in which liquid-absorbing performance is stably exhibited in a block region, wrinkles are not easily generated due to contraction of the block region, and the outer appearance is excellent.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 10 includes: an absorbent body 20 including an absorbent core 22; and a nonfabric-made exterior material 30 positioned at a skin-noncontact surface side in the absorbent body. The absorbent core 22 has a block region, and has a plurality of high basis weight portions 22a having relatively high basis weight and a plurality of low basis weight portions 22b having relatively low basis weight. A first linear low basis weight portion 2Y extending in a longitudinal direction Y and a second linear low basis weight portion 2X extending in a width direction X are formed by the low basis weight portions 22b in the block region, and a seal portion 37 crossing the second linear low basis weight portion 2X and extending in a longitudinal direction Y is formed on the exterior material 33. |
