PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a refined edible oil-and-fat, capable of easily and efficiently obtaining it, enabling oil-squeezing efficiency by squeezing technique without the need of any heat treatment step.SOLUTION: A method for producing a refined edible oil-and-fat comprises: a pretreatment step of immersing a solid oil-and-fat material, as it is, in a hydrophilic organic solvent, or grinding the material into a form of slurry in a hydrophilic organic solvent; a step of squeezing the resultant oil-and-fat material that is immersed or slurried to make an oil-squeezing; and a step of separating the resultant squeezed oil-and-fat and the hydrophilic organic solvent from each other. |
