PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply-structured power converting device for a vehicle capable of preventing a cooling unit from falling.SOLUTION: A power converting device for a vehicle includes: a power converting device 50 for generating power with which a vehicle travels; cooling units 53, 54 provided outside the power converting device 50 to dissipate heat generated from a semiconductor element incorporated in the power converting device 50; and fall-off prevention units 55, 60, 70, 80, 90 mounted on the power converting device 50 for preventing the cooling devices 53, 54 from falling off the power converting device 50 and when the cooling units 53, 54, a portion of the cooling units 53, 54 comes in contact with the fall-off prevention units. |
