The solenoid valve is used for controlling a water circulation pump. It also controls the supply of gas to a domestic heating system. The valve has a solenoid with a fixed and moving core for actuating a closing flap and the solenoid actuates a switch for operating the gas supply valve and the pump. The interrupter switch is a reed switch (9) with moving contacts. This switch is placed outside the solenoid (2) into a tube parallel to the solenoid fixed core (3) axis. The switch is held in split tube lengths (11, 12) held on the valve holder (1).
