<p>The device for loading and unloading cable drums, or similar together with poles etc., has a trailer (14) with a towing hook towed by a suitable vehicle. Manual tilting of the trailer allows the spool to be hooked on. The trailer has frames at different levels and a pivot (2) for the spool. It also has forks (3), and a castor wheel (4). The boards and rear support (7) used to support the poles are removable. A tensioning hook (10) is used for tensioning cables or similar. The spool can be made to unwind under motion of the trailer.</p> |
