1. A data processing method, comprising:
receiving, on a distributed computing system comprising a plurality of computing nodes, interaction data describing at least one interaction between two parties, wherein the interaction data represents interactions that occur across two or more different communications channels; splitting the interaction data into two or more interaction data segments; assigning an interaction identifier to both of the two or more interaction data segments; assigning a unique segment identifier to each of the two or more interaction data segments; distributing the received interaction data across the plurality of computing nodes by transmitting each of the two or more interaction data segments to at least two or more computing nodes of the plurality of computing nodes; applying, via parallel processing, categorization rules from a rule engine to each segment of the two or more interaction data segments on each respective computing node of the plurality of computing nodes, thereby assigning each segment of the two or more interaction data segments with a category; storing the each segment of the two or more segments and corresponding category in a distributed memory system, allowing access for defining schema of each segment of the two or more interaction data segments; and executing a process for generating code, the code generation comprising:
i) creating a class that inherits one or more field from a base class based on the defined schema, wherein the defined schema is based on a type of communication channel for the respective segment of the two or more interaction data segments;ii) applying the categorization rules to each segment of the two or more interaction data segments, based on the defined schema, categories, and categorization rules. |
