<p>Protection of water circuits exchangers cooling circuits etc. against fouling by micro-organisms algae etc. is effected by the injection, by gravity of a treatment agent, such as a fatty amine, using a dosing module. The appts. required consists of a reservoir with a pipe feeding the agent through a valve and a filter to the dosing module. This consists of a series of respirometers which send a dosed amt. of the agent to water circuits without the use of any auxiliary motor or pump; or non-return valve is simply synchronised with the suction of the pump forming part of the installation equipped with the appts. Device prevents the fouling of the water circuits in a continuous and economical manner and ensures that the agent attains its max. effect.</p> |
