<p>Apparatus for subcutaneously injecting a treatment fluid while maintaining a suction on the skin around the area in which the cannula is inserted, as in the main patent is portable and can be manually controlled. The vessel containing the treatment fluid can be removed when empty, and can be replaced without requiring adjustment for the rate of feed. The suction is maintained inside a housing enclosing the cannula, and the liquid supply is distributed from a container behind the cannula, which slides inside the housing. This sliding movement can be accommodated by a bellows inside the housing. The suction is maintained at the same time by a valve arrangement.</p> |
