The roller bearing support axis (1) is pressed into an insulator (2). The insulator (2) being fixed in a support metallic sheet (3). An insulating washer (9) is clamped onto the metallic sheet (3) by means of the threaded part (5) of the axis (1). At a suitable distance along the axis (1) a grease sealed for life ball bearing housing (b) is placed on the axis (1). The ball bearings are placed between four clips (7). The ball bearings are separated by a washer (8) and are mounted in a cage (9) onto which the roller (10) is fitted. The roller (10) being fixed to the case (a) by two screws (11).
