<p>A storage pick-up, esp. audio- and/or video-plates which are played with a needle, and which on movement w.r.t. the needle, at a pre-determined speed, reproduces signals within a band width of at least several megahertz, consists of a pressable plastic, contg. finely divided, conducting particles, with specific resistance 500 (100), esp. 60 ohm.cm. at 900 MHz, and a surface with a spiral groove which contains an information track with a surface relief pattern which stors the signals reproducible in the band width at the given relative speed. The pick-up is easily and cheaply made. signal loss, and increase in back-ground noise during play-back, are avoided. The pick-up is uncoated.</p> |
