<p>A vertical panel (11), located at one end of a table tennis table (1) returns the tennis ball similarly to a playing partner. It is thus possible to practise the game without the help of an opponent at the opposite end of the table. The panel is mounted on a vertical stand (6) which allows it to pivot about a vertical axis (7). The mounting brackets (12) which attach the panel to the swivel head (9) of the vertical stand, include two horizontal pivot shafts. Thus the incline of the panel can also be changed in order to vary the path of the rebounded ball.</p> |
