Houses consist of wall, ceiling and/or floor elements, of which at least the walls consist of filling material between sheeting on both sides. Recesses can be made in the sheeting for wiring devices such as switches, touch switches, socket-outlets etc. Coverable holes are made in the sheeting at the sides of devices facing adjacent devices, and a hole is made in the adjacent device for wires running from distribution boxes. Prefabricated cables (10) are placed in the walls, ceilings and/or floor elements during their production. They end in plug-in connectors (11) which are connected on site in a specified way.
