Three movable jets are mounted on a travelling portal with one jet on the overhead support to travel across the width of the car roof and the other two jets to play over the sides of the car. A mixture of hot water and paraffin is sprayed over the car body as an atomised spray to loosen any protective wax to prepare the car for sale. The overhead jet is on a height adjustable gantry with all three jets driven by a gearing to a single drive motor. The gantry can be fitted into a compact space in any garage and operates without any manual effort. Any paraffin fumes are kept remote from any manual help.
