<p>Two rectangular tubes(2) are thrust on another rectangular tube(1) with millimetre divisions on it. One of the former tubes may have a pressure plate(5) and pressure or tension button(7) fixed on it, and the other a spacer plate(6). The two plates, on opposite sides, may be drawn together by a tension spring(3) in connection with sunk-head screws(4). This prevents the risk of incorrect dimensioning, and enables rows of battens to be correctly aligned in min. time. The tubes may be made of steel or Al.</p> |
