The sorption heat pump has an expeller, absorber, condenser, expansion valve and an evaporator. The heating circuit is connected by a heat exchanger of the absorber or condenser. Excess heat is generated on maintaining cooling and hot water can be prepared. When heat is not drawn by the user circuit, then this is connected by a changeover valve to a cooler. The evaporator is designed as a room air cooler. The changeover of the valve is carried out depending on the temperature of the supply air at the connection of an air channel.
