<p>The packing sheet consists of a panel of rigid material such as cardboard and enclosed by two sections of sheet, glued to its surfaces and welded together by their overlapping edges. Adhesive is extruded onto a first sheet over an area corresponding to the panel size, and one surface of the panel is then pressed against it. Adhesive is then extruded onto the other panel surface and the second sheet pressed against it. The sheets are finally welded together along the edges. The maximum pressure used to extrude the adhesive is 5 Kg.</p> |
