The fluid circulates inside the chamber (1) which is in the form of a tubular arc. The chamber is mounted on a pivot block (9) so as to be able to rock about the pivot point so that the fluid (2) may move from one end of the chamber to the other. The connections (4) and (5) communicate with each other when the chamber is in one position and connection (3) and (4) communicate when the chamber is rocked to the opposite side.
