Loading and unloading kiln cars with ceramic ware - using one overhead crane requiring only limited floor space

The cars carrying baked ceramic ware travel along a railtrack (1), until they reach a bridge hoist located above track (1) and a parallel track (2), along which a row of pallets travel. The hoist picks up the baked ware from one car, and carries it transversely so the ware can be lowered onto an empty pallet, which is then moved along track (2). A palleT, on which dried but unbaked ware is mounted, is then moved under the bridge so the ware can be transferred to the empty kiln car; and the cycle described is then repeated. Loading and unloading of the kiln cars can be rapidly carried out at the same working zone, where only a very small amt. of floor space is needed.
