The screen is used for providing screening from wind, view, dazzle and noise and uses strips of plastic, or similar materials, inserted diagonally through the wire meshes on the front and rear, covering all the regions on the front and at least some on the rear. The alignment on the front side may be twisted through 90 deg. relative to that on the rear. They may intersect to form a web-like configuration. The assembly is weather resistant.
