PURPOSE:To obtain a high speed operative relay corresponding with excess or less electrical quantity by giving an output of a squaring circuit inducing an output proportional to a square of an input electrical quantity to shifting circuits of plural numbers and detecting a level of these outputs added. CONSTITUTION:A line voltage is converted to a proper level with a transforming circuit 8, after introduced and processed at a squaring circuit 9, shiftings are made at three eaches shifting circuits 10, 11, 12 connected in parallel to theta, theta-pi/3, and theta+pi/3 respectively, these outputs are added mutually at an adding circuit 13 and given to a level detecting circuit 14, when an input voltage goes down by a failure generation, an output of the detecting circuit 14 changes to ''1'' and is made to induce an output. Accordingly a smoothing circuit and a limitting time operative circuit become unnecessary and as an operative time of these becomes not existing, a high speed operative and high speed reset relay can be made. |
