PURPOSE:To increase the mixing efficiency and prevent the occurence of bubbling phenomenon by controlling the powder surface trough balancing the discharge and intake of materials with no skill as the speed of the carrying device at the discharge port is controlled. CONSTITUTION:Materials with binder added are taken into a mixing body 1 through a material intake port 1' and mixed with mixing impeller vanes 3 set to a mixing shaft 2. At the same time, the materials are heated till the binder reaches its softening point with the steam injected into the mixing body from nozzles 4 placed on the mixing body 1, also adding necessary water for forming. Since heating and mixing take place in a certain amount of time, the flow rate is controlled by changing the carriage speed of a carrier 6 such as screw conveyor set under the discharge port so that the material proceeding speed in a chute 7 is changed, thereby balancing the intake and discharge flow of materials and maintainng the material (powder) surface in the mixing body 1. |
