The adjustable mounting is for the mechanical pincers of a machine fabricating wire mesh reinforcement panels. The pincers have two jaws (2) for handling the wire and the mounting permits horizontal vertical and angular adjustment of the pincers relative to a subframe (3). The mounting has demountably connected blocks. The jaws (2) are fixed to the prim block (1), and the sec block (4) can oscillate elastically or be compensate for jack. The oscillation allows the jaws to compensate for lack of fit. The connectors uniting the blocks can be displaced in guides to give alternative jaw positions and may comprise bolts (5) in 'V' shaped slots (6).
