Bottle guarantee seal on cap construction - has inner section with breaking point and pull lug to tear open

The guarantee seal has a cap-type outer section and an inner section forming a closing plug. They are joined together along a line of perforations, and the outer section is broken free at the line of perforations to open. The inner section (14) has one or more weakened breaking points (26), together with a pull lug (24) to tear it open. It can also have a sealing cone (22) fitting inside the bottle mouth, and an annular portion fitting round the mouth. Alternatively the portion outside the mouth can be of square section.
