A switching cct. capable of turning the elec. power source on and off without using a large current switching element was comprised a touching plate(1), an oscillating cct.(2), a detecting cct. (3) converting the oscillating signal to a D.C signal, a rectifying cct. (4) converting the signal of (3) to a trigger pulse, a memory cct. (5) reversing the output when the trigger pulse is received, a control cct. (6) whose signal controls the bias of the active element in the elec. power source(7).
