FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to monitoring activity and regulating the polymerization process. Controlled method of producing polymers is performed by polymerization of C-Cmonoolefin and at least one conjugated C-Cmulti-olefin and, if necessary, a monomer selected from a group. Method includes at least the following stages: a) obtaining active first liquid medium containing at least one polymerization catalyst or at least one polymerization initiator, b) contacting in a reactor-polimerizer a raw flow V1 volume of the said active first liquid medium containing at least one polymerization catalyst or one polymerization initiator with a raw flow V2 volume of the second liquid medium containing amount M of at least one polymerized monomer to obtain a reaction medium, at least one polymerized monomer is processed in the reaction medium to obtain the product medium containing the polymer, where raw flows V1 and V2 used at stage b) are controlled on at least the steps of: i) measurement of at least one spectrum of the active first liquid medium, ii) determination of specific activity (a) of the active first liquid medium using a predictive model, iii) determination of desired volumetric ratio of raw flows V1 and V2 required to obtain desired ratio of total activity a(=a× V1) and the amount of monomer M contained in V2, where the said ratio is then designated as R, iv) regulation of raw flow V1 volume of catalytically active first liquid medium or raw flow V2 volume of the second liquid medium containing amount M of at least one polymerized monomer or both volumes of raw flows V1 and V2 coming into the polymerization reactor so, that the volume ratio of V1 and V2 at least approaches RHerewith optionally adjusted are conditions of producing the active first liquid medium, the amount of monomer M in the second liquid medium. Herewith the predictive model is created as described in the patent claim.
