<p>The device has a collar which surrounds the head of the insulator. The collar has two diametrically opposite projecting parts. A first part forms a cradle into which the cable is fixed parallel to the axis of rotation of a collar attachment. The cradle part is situated above the hinging axis of the collar attachment near to the upper edge of the collar. It has an independent maintaining piece(105) which is hinged on the same axis of rotation as the collar attachment(116), and its pivot is tied to the latter o as to hold the cable(117) locked in the cradle. Below the cradle and diametrically opposite to a locking pin is a projecting foot(106). The foot has two blind holes in it which receive the curved points of the collar attachment.</p> |
