<p>The bed or couch frame (1) consists of flexible, convex support slats (2) which are preferably made of wood. The narrow slats run across the lengthwise axis of the frame and are fixed to the frame (1) on its lengthwise axis. Each support slat (2), crosswise to its lengthwise axis consists of two concave sections joined on each side to the central, convex part. The outer ends of the slats (2) have fixtures for attaching them to the frame (1). The highest point of the central convex part and the highest points of the adjacent concave parts of the slats are positioned on one horizontal plane.</p> |
