发明名称 HIGH TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE SINTERING METHOD USED CUTTING SCRAP
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To manufacture high density sintered product having no segregation at a low cost, by pulverizing after clearing cutting scrap, such as alloy steel or nonferrous metal etc. and sintering by hot hydrostatic pressure press method. CONSTITUTION:Cutting scrap, such as high speed steel, various kinds of alloy steel or non ferrous metal, such as A1, Cu etc., are removed fat and washed by organic solvent etc. Next, adhered moisture, organic matter or oxidized film, are removed by heating at more than 300 deg.C in vacuum or reducing atmosphere. The above scrap is crushed in fine powder as much as possible by the mechanical process, such as pressurizing etc. Metal powder of the same kind is suitably added to finely powdered raw material and the above mixed powder is filled in metal or glass vessel having no gas permeability. Sintering is carried out at high pressure and temperature by hot hydrostatic pressure press method after tightly shut the vessel. Uniform and high density sintered product having no segregation, is obtained at a low cost even when alloy steel easy to occur the segregation in dissolution ingot making process, is used.</p>
