The tool collects dog excreta. A stick has a bar hinging at the bottom end. A sack is mounted on the free end together with a shovel with handle detachable from the bar, and securing the latter with the sack to the stick in the folded upwards position. The sack (4) fits over points (5) formed on a frame, and there can be a flat spring (6) on the stick, under which one point of the sack slides. There can be a hook on the shovel handle, holding the frame against the stick. The design allows easy replacement of the disposable sack.
