Fine control anti-blocking brake system - has wheel-driven hydraulic pumps, and flow control valves to regulate transmission of shunts on pumps

The anti-blocking brake system has separate hydraulic pumps on each wheel, these being linked to a recirculating hydraulic system. Flow control valves regulate the transmission of shunts on the pumps to regulate the drag and hence the braking of each wheel. No brake lining wear is obtd. and a fine degree of retardation control enables the anti skid brake control to operate efficiently. An electronic logic circuit simplifies the control of the shunt brakes.
