<p>The front and rear seat belts on each side of the vehicle are linked to common servo drives for automatic fitting when the vehicle front or rear doors are closed. The outside end of the belt on each seat is linked to a moving support (6, 7) on a roof mounted guide and driven by a single cable drive (10) on each side. The front of each cable drive is linked to a spring loaded roller (12) while the rear end is attached to a servo motor (15) operated electrically, pneumatically or hydraulically.</p> |
