<p>PURPOSE:This apparatus is composed of a rotating main body, an armature and magnetic coils. By coating a film layer of soft metal on one side of the frictional surfaces of the rotating main body and the armatures, to improve the torque transmission force and to decrease the frictional noise. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is composed of a rotational main body 3, magnetic coils 7 and a circular plate type armature 12 of magentic material. The frictional surface 3a of the rotational main body 3 is formed by coating a film layer 3a of soft metal, such as lead-tin alloy, which is smaller in hardness and greater in frictional coefficients than the magnetic material composing the armature 12. By doing so the frictional force between the frictional surfaces 3a, 12a is increased and these surfaces 3a, 12a are guarded. Therefore it is possible to protect local disposition in the early stage of use, smooth the roughening of the surfaces 3a, 12a, improve the torque transmission force, decrease the contact noise.</p> |
