Sprayer for uniform finely divided paint spray - has compressed air and hydrostatic nozzles ensuring uniform paint deposition

The injection arrangement is used for uniform, finely divided deposition of liquids, especially paints and varnishes to substrates. The spray system has a hydrostatic nozzle and compressed air nozzles, and ensures optimum intensive utilisation of the compressed air stream for fine spray production. The compressed air nozzles are separate nozzles, with the hydrostatic spray nozzle (31) arranged centrally between them. The flow through the compressor nozzles converge towards a point so that the impact region of these air streams is situated on the jet of atomised fluids at a distance in front of the outlet of the hydrostatic nozzle.
