Title method is directed to the cold rolled steel sheet having four components, Mn,O,S and N appropriately, which is passed continuously through a continuous annealing furance composed of a heating and soaking zone, a primary cooling zone, an overaging zone and a secondary cooling zone arranged in series. There fore the cold rolled steel sheet having larger Erichsen values, elongation and F values and lower yield stress with good ageing properties is obtained.
