<p>Tunnel is sealingly lined with a self-adhesive sealing web. This web is self-adhesive on both sides and interposed between the inner and outer shells of the tunnel, and incorporates a textile or film interlayer. The assembly is more elastic and has less tendency to cracking and tearing. Adhesion to the outer tunnel shell is more reliable so that any water leaking out will not seep between it and the shell(s). The lining is easily stored, ready for use, as it is advantageously lined, on both sides, with easily strippable silicone paper backing.</p> |
