In one of a pair of coil groups in an insulating transformer, an inner-peripheral-side lead is drawn out along the positive direction of a z-axis as a first inner-peripheral-side lead, and then drawn along the outer-peripheral side of a primary coil. In the other of the pair of coil groups, an inner-peripheral-side lead is drawn out along the negative direction of the z-axis as a second inner-peripheral-side lead, and then drawn along the outer-peripheral side of the primary coil. Inner-peripheral-side end parts are connected to each other in series by the first inner-peripheral-side lead line and the second inner-peripheral-side lead line being connected.
