A construction machine control device 10 is provided with: a first housing 20 that accommodates a first control unit 17; a second housing 21 that is joined with the first housing 20 and that accommodates a second control unit 18; and a heat exchanger for cooling heat-generating sections 23, 24 of the first and second control units 17, 18. The second housing 21 is joined to a construction machine 12. The heat exchanger 22 comprises a liquid coolant path 28 and a liquid coolant 25. The liquid coolant path 28 is formed between the first outer surface 43 of the first housing 20 and the second outer surface 44 of the second housing 21. Parts of the first and second outer surfaces 43, 44 brought into contact with each other in order to seal the liquid coolant path 28 in a liquid-tight manner are joined together by a weak joining section 41 having a joining strength that is smaller than the breaking strength of the wall sections of the first and second housings 20, 21.
