A flow path structure according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with a member having, provided therein, a plurality of first openings, a plurality of second openings, flow paths, and a plurality of merging/branching parts. The flow paths establish connections between the plurality of first openings and the plurality of second openings. The merging/branching parts are provided to the flow paths, and are each provided with: a plurality of first sections which respectively have first ends that are connected to each other; and a plurality of second sections which respectively have second ends that are connected to each other, said second sections being closer to the second openings than the first sections in the routes between the first openings and the second openings. The first ends and the second ends of each of the merging/branching parts are connected. |
