The present invention relates to an industrial recuperator heating and discharging air in each heat pipe by heating each heat exchange unit while waste gas of a high temperature passes through a rear heat exchange unit comprising a bundle of vertical pipes and a front heat exchange unit comprising a bundle of curve heat pipes. The recuperator can effectively prevent fracture and deformation by remarkably relieving expansion and contraction caused by temperature change and stress change in a high temperature top layer of the front heat exchange unit. The front heat exchange unit comprising the bundle of the curve heat pipes and the rear heat exchange unit comprising the bundle of the vertical pipes are installed in order in a main body including a waste gas inlet unit and an exhaust gas outlet unit after heat exchange. Outer air charged in a lower chamber flows into the heat pipe of the each heat exchange unit and is discharged to an exhaust unit by being heated by water heat. A bellows is mounted on an upper end of first to fourth row heat pipes in a flow direction of the waste gas among the whole heat pipes installed in the front heat exchange unit and is fixed to a bottom plate of an upper chamber. |
